Capping Heads

Our capping heads have been developed to provide durable non-slip heads for both fluted plastic and smooth metal "screw off" lids.

The key is to turn and torque the lid with little or no downward force. This does away with poor torque repeat-ability due to lid and bottle threads being forced together, causing high friction and registering false torque values.

This feature enables us to tighten lids as small as 10mm diameter with low torque scatter.

We custom engineer our capping heads to meet your requirements, and we think you'll be amazed by how affordable and durable they are compared to nylon and plastic capping heads that regularly wear out.
